Official liquidation consists of the following stages:

1. The decision of liquidation of firm is informed to the state registering authority. Further the decision is brought in the special Uniform State Register that the person is in process of liquidation.

2. Appointment of the liquidating commission.

3. The decision of firm liquidation is published in press authority/body where data about registration of legal persons are published.

4. Renewal of a bank card on the head and members of the liquidating commission.

5. Tax body and non-budgetary funds should be informed about liquidation of firm in three-day term from the date of decision-making.

6. At this stage passives and actives of the enterprise are formed. The liquidating commission search creditors and necessarily notify them in written form about liquidation of the debtor.
